Submit an application: http://www.bismarckstate.edu/future/apply/apply/. 2. Pay the application fee. Any student who provides documented proof of active military duty status will have the fee waived. Proper documentation includes a copy of one of the following: - Common Access Card (CAC) - Military ID indicating Active Duty Status - Orders indicating Active Duty Status A copy of the documentation may be faxed to the Admissions office at 701-224-5643 or emailed to BSC.Admissions@bismarckstate.edu. 3. Complete Student Verification Form 4. Submit immunization records (on campus students only).  Documented proof of immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella.  Exemptions to this policy may be granted if your date of birth is prior to 1/1/57 or if the student's beliefs preclude participation in an immunization program. 5. Submit ALL transcripts: • If you have no college experience, submit official high school transcripts or GED. • If you have less than 24 semester hours of college credit, submit official high school transcripts or GED and all official college/university transcripts. • If you have more than 24 semester hours of college credit, submit all official college/university transcripts. All official transcripts will be accepted through www.docufide.com, www.getmytranscript.com and www.scrip-safe.com/. If those services are not available for your college(s), please request an official transcript to be sent (in a sealed envelope) by the schools to: Bismarck State College Attn: Admissions PO Box 5587 Bismarck, ND 58506-5587 Transcripts from countries other than the United States need to be evaluated by World Education Services. Please visit their website at www.wes.org. Click on Student, then Get a WES Evaluation. 6. Complete English and Math assessment score requirements:BSC requires an assessment of your writing and math skills prior to admittance (see score requirements below).  A proctor is required to complete the online Accuplacer assessment. The Compass test is administered on the BSC campus.  Please click on the appropriate link below for the assessment you will use: Accuplacer Compass Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management To enroll in the Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management, a student must have completed an Associate Degree, Certificate, or Diploma in an accredited and approved program in an energy related field. Previous college coursework combined with industry training and/or work experience may also be considered with departmental approval. 7. Check your email. Upon completion of your application and submission of the application fee, you will be contacted by email within 2-3 business days.
